Dubai: The Sobha Group is inviting expressions of interest for its upcoming townhouse community at Sobha Hartland, which is to be the “only townhouse project in the heart of Dubai and along the Dubai Water Canal”.
It encompasses 740,000 square metres of freehold community in Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City. The townhouses will be spread across three floors and each unit will be of 306 square metres. Phase 1 will comprise of 27 units.
