DUBAI: Nakheel is not done with deriving maximum mileage from the Palm — it has announced the Palm 360 — a twin-tower hotel and residential project with 1,115-square-metre (12,000-square-foot) branded penthouses.

The penthouses and apartments will be released for sale “in due course”.

The project — set to touch a height of 220 metres — is anticipated for delivery in mid-2020, Nakheel said in a statement on Monday.

Located on the Palm’s western crescent and set over 46,450 square metres, it will have two hotels with 110 rooms between them. The residential units include 252 one-and two bedroom serviced apartments and 12 four-bedroom penthouses, including six covering an area of 1,115 square metres.

Occupying an entire floor — or two floors in the case of the duplexes — the penthouses are to be kitted out with a private infinity pool, gym and home theatre.

“Another iconic development for Palm Jumeirah and a new landmark for Dubai, this creation brings together the very best in location, views and amenities at what will undoubtedly be one of the most sought-after addresses in the world,” stated Ali Rashid Lootah, Chairman, adding that Palm 360 will take luxury living and hospitality to a whole new level.

Palm 360 joins other upcoming Nakheel developments on the Palm, including the 52-storey Palm Tower hotel and residential complex Nakheel Mall, The Pointe, The Boardwalk and Palm Boulevard.
