Dubai: Maximus Group recently broke ground on two of its debut projects at Silicon Oasis in Dubai - The Dunes and The Apricot, worth Dh360 million.
"The Dunes offers superb high specification apartments with balconies, terraces and gardens and other leisure facilities. On the other hand, The Apricot offers premium open office spaces of the highest specification, making the working environment more relaxing," said a company statement.
Project value
Both projects are located at strategic locations in the Dubai Silicon Oasis and are due for completion and handover in the first quarter of 2008. The combined project value is Dh360 million. "Maximus is committed to carrying out real estate development in the UAE and the group has plans to roll out projects with an estimated value of Dh1 billion," it said.
"Their confidence in their projects and timely completion also reflects in group policy of not selling any units until construction starts on site," the statement added.
Larsen & Toubro are India's largest contractors, are expected to build the project.
