Abu Dhabi: Manazel Real Estate today announced that it has completed the handover of 25 per cent of the Al Reef Villas project, its flagship development in Abu Dhabi, to investors and home owners.
This is the first residential community for expatriates to be completed and delivered in Abu Dhabi.
Speaking at Cityscape Abu Dhabi, Eng. Mohammad Mubarak Al Mazroui, CEO of Manazel Real Estate, said: "We are proud to be the first developers in Abu Dhabi to complete a community where expatriates can become home owners".
Planned community
Al Reef Villas is a planned residential community being developed near Al Raha Beach and Abu Dhabi International Airport.
Spread over a million square metre plot, the development will eventually feature over 2,300 town houses in four architecturally themed ‘villages'.
