Management team launched at Tiger
Tiger Properties on Saturday said it has established a new facilities management arm within its wider corporate framework, for servicing its portfolio of developments, in accordance with its current, best-practices driven organisational restructuring.

Dubai: Tiger Properties on Saturday said it has established a new facilities management arm within its wider corporate framework, for servicing its portfolio of developments, in accordance with its current, best-practices driven organisational restructuring.
Taha Mohammad, chief executive of Tiger Properties, said the Tiger Group already have a team of professionals servicing Tiger's numerous towers in Sharjah and Dubai in Taawun, Al Khan, Al Musalla, Al Wahda, Al Qasba; and services are also provided to Samaya Hotels and Resorts Sharjah operations.
The management of the various teams, however, will now be unified under the new facilities management division which supports the organisation's initiatives designed for streamlining operations to service customers more efficiently.
"The establishment of our new facilities management and services operation is part of the continuity in development that Tiger Properties is embarking upon after achieving such highly qualitative results so far," said Mohammad.
24-hour services
"During its initial stages, the new facilities management division will oversee Tiger Properties' projects in the Emirates of Dubai and Sharjah, comprising a team of 50 professionals who will support the department's function of providing relevant services and requirements 24-hours a day."
In accordance with the geographical segmentation of its operations, Tiger Properties' new facilities management division will comprise of two headquarters; the first being in Al Taawun Towers in Sharjah, intended to service over 1200 rental housing units; with the second headquarter based in the Jumeirah Lakes project in Dubai.
