Abu Dhabi: The Tourism Development & Investment Company (TDIC), master developer of major tourism, cultural and residential destinations in Abu Dhabi, announced on Tuesday that the construction of Jawaher Saadiyat, the latest gated residential community within the Saadiyat Beach District, is more than 22 per cent complete, with ongoing works progressing within schedule.
The project was awarded in July of last year following a competitive tendering process. Scheduled for delivery in the latter half of 2018, prospective buyers can secure their units through an initial 2.5 per cent deposit, with villa and town house prices ranging from Dh5.1 million to Dh17.8 million.
