Emaar plans limited sale of Burj and Marina space
Emaar Properties said it will start a limited sale of commercial space within Downtown Burj Dubai and Dubai Marina on Monday.

Dubai: Emaar Properties said it will start a limited sale of commercial space within Downtown Burj Dubai and Dubai Marina on Monday.
"Meeting the growing demand for commercial space in Dubai, the special office inventory has been drawn from Burj Dubai Square and Boulevard Plaza in Downtown Burj Dubai, and Marina Plaza, the only commercial offering within Dubai Marina. The commercial spaces offered feature modern office infrastructure and assure excellent connectivity with Dubai's business centres," the company said.
Burj Dubai Square is a dedicated commercial hub within Downtown Burj Dubai. A cluster of six modern office buildings, Burj Dubai Square is ready for occupancy with several tenants already commencing operations, Emaar said.
Boulevard Plaza is located in the heart of the Downtown Burj Dubai community on Burj Dubai Boulevard, which will have retail and food outlets.
"Dubai's impressive growth has fuelled demand for premium office space. Our inventory of prime commercial space within Downtown Burj Dubai and Dubai Marina has the advantage of being in the heart of the city with easy connectivity to the business nerve centres," said Saif Al Mansouri, sales director at Emaar Properties.
