Islamabad: Emaar Pakistan, the subsidiary of developer Emaar Properties, is launching the sale of Alma Townhomes in Canyon Views with online registration for potential customers on Sunday.
Canyon Views is a gated community with villas in a wide range of architectural styles and amenities such as retail outlets, community club houses, parks, schools and mosques.
The date of sales launch will be announced later and registered buyers selected through a transparent random process will be invited for purchase of property.
"Canyon Views is redefining the property sector of Pakistan with its focus on creating an integrated lifestyle neighbourhood," said Steve McCartt, managing director, Emaar Pakistan.
"The landscaping, the design and extensive array of facilities make Canyon Views, located at the DHA Phase-II, a preferred home destination for Pakistanis seeking a world-class residential project."
Each Alma Townhomes Village is accessed through a secure gate. Interlinking parks and tracks run through the surroundings. The townhomes come in two types with standard and upgrade options. The buildings comprise duplex, four-plex and six-plex units.
The total area of each townhome ranges from 2,500 to 2,850 square feet.
