Dubai: Dheeraj East Coast LLC (DEC), a Dubai-based real estate company, on Monday awarded a Dh80 million piling and shoring contract to Sharaf Foundations for enabling works on the projects in Culture Village and Business Bay.
The three projects in the Cultural Village include the purely residential property propositions Cascade Ville and Cascade Manor, and The Estate, a mixed-use development. In the Business Bay, the projects include two commercial projects Corporate Bay and the DEC Business Towers.
According to Dheeraj East Coast, all five projects were launched to a tremendous investor and buyer response.
With the soil investigation at the site already completed, the piling contractor will start the excavation, drilling, shoring and foundation works, from August 2008 and has announced a target of 8 months to finish all the developments.
The work will start simultaneously on all the three projects in the Cultural Village closely followed by the work on projects in the Business Bay. Work on all projects will be completed by March 2009.
