Investors in a prestigious residential and hospitality project in Dubai can expect to earn a guaranteed 14 per cent return over two years, as well as access to a range of other luxury benefits, under a package announced by Deyaar Development PJSC, one of the UAE’s largest property development and real-estate services companies. The project overlooks the newly opened Dubai Water Canal and will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2017.
