The Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI) in association with Afridi & Angell Legal Consultants recently organised a workshop at the Chamber’s premises which focused on regulatory matters affecting the emirate’s rental market.
The workshop, entitled “Latest Developments in Dubai Rental Market”, delved into the relationship between landlords and tenants and provided an overview of their legal rights and obligations. Presentations during the event shed light on rental disputes, and outlined some of the most common issues faced by landlords and tenants in the emirate, as well as options for resolving such matters.
