Dubai: Wellness is taking on community-scale proportions — MAG Property Development has launched a Dh2.2 billion project in Dubai dedicated to living life the wellness way.
MAG Creek is conceived as a gated community covering 550 metres of the Dubai Creek waterfront. It is situated adjacent to the Ras Al Khor Flamingo Wildlife Sanctuary. There will also be a hotel forming part of it.
The project will include a 120,000 square feet “wellness centre” — the largest such in the world. The developer has aligned with Delos — a specialist in the wellness space — for the overall project.
“This represents a new generation of resorts that combine health, luxury and retail with exceptional residential opportunities and hospitality services,” said Talal Moafaq Al Gaddah, CEO of MAG PD. “This means that we will supply Dubai’s real estate market with a highly innovative project that preserves the health of its residents with the latest technologies — a new category of building for the region.
