Baniyas launches new Bawabat Al Sharq project

Dubai: Baniyas Investment and Development Company (BID) on Sunday launched new apartments in its iconic Bawabat Al Sharq project in Bani Yas City.

The new apartments, which were designed with the city's rich heritage in mind, carry a traditional appeal while offering residents a home and an environment that caters to their lifestyles and various needs.

The new Bawabat Al Sharq apartments, which represent a blend of tradition and modernism, comprise 500 apartments in 14 distinctive buildings in six blocks.

Moreover, the buildings are surrounded by spacious and alluring landscaping and water views.

The new Bawabat Al Sharq apartments offer exclusivity to their residents with only four apartments designed on each floor. They also offer separate storage space on the ground floor for almost every apartment and abundant parking spaces for residents and visitors alike.

Residents will be able to enjoy unobstructed views of the water features and landscaped areas from their balconies.

In addition, the new apartments, which include a mix of deluxe suites, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments, as well as exclusive penthouses with terraces and jacuzzis, are spacious and provide a comfortable environment for both families and singles.

The new Bawabat Al Sharq buildings are part of Phase II of the project with construction due to begin early next year. The entire project is scheduled for handover in the third quarter of 2011.
