Abu Dhabi: Aqua Properties, a Dubai-based property firm, announced it has purchased Dh91 million worth of apartments at Skycourt Towers.
The company is offering the units for re-sale to clients, with a seven-year monthly payment plan. Buyers can purchase studios from Dh4,000 a month, one-bedroom apartments from Dh9,000, and two-bedroom apartments from Dh13,000 a month.
The plan targets mid-earners looking to buy property in Dubai and either are unable to get mortgage approvals or wish to avoid costs implicated. Investors can expect a return on investment of over 10 per cent.
