Abu Dhabi: Aldar Properties, the Abu Dhabi-based developer, said it is preparing to launch the next precinct of Yas Acres, the company’s flagship development, in the coming weeks after selling 90 per cent of the villas and town houses launched so far in the first two precincts.
The developer said almost 80 per cent of sales of the first two precincts were from new customers to Aldar, many of whom plan to be owner occupiers. Yas Acres also generated interest from buyers from across the GCC and from international markets.
