Dubai: Al Mazaya Holding said on Saturday it would develop 600 villas in Dubailand. The project will cost Dh1 billion.
The developer on Saturday unveiled models of the project "The Villa" to give investors an opportunity to obtain a picture of the development.
The models were unveiled by Rashid Al Nafisi, chairman of Al Mazaya Holding, in Dubailand.
The Villa is master-planned by Dubai Properties. The main developer had completed the infrastructure works for the project and handed over the plots for Al Mazaya, which invited contractors to bid for the constructional works. The contracts have now been awarded and work has started.
Al Mazaya is aiming to complete The Villa within the scheduled 18 months, while providing a marketing tool for the project owners.
The company has designed three models of the project that showcase all the specifications in terms of finishing and furniture.
These models can be used by owners to facilitate their choosing of the specifications they wish, after the viewing of all their available options.
Al Mazaya has commissioned the award-winning Spanish interior designer Perla Lichi to create luxurious home interiors and layout for the necessary specifications of the project.
