DUBAI: Al Mazaya Real Estate (Oman) has awarded a 5.7 million Omani riyal (Dh54.38 million), 22-month contract to build and maintain its Mazaya Residence in Muscat to Al Hajiry Trading LLC.
The project boasts 120 residential units, including one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom flats, and 28 shops, set in a landscaped area featuring swimming pools, health clubs and tennis courts.
Al Mazaya Group CEO Ebrahim Al Soqabi said, “Al Mazaya Residences is the company’s second investment in Oman. It is a well-integrated and distinguished residential oasis, providing apartments in modern, unique designs.”
