Al Fajer inks property deal with Polish firm
Al Fajer Properties and Kulczyk Investment House (KIH) of Poland have agreed to invest Dh225 million in the region through a Real Estate Investment Partnership (REIP).
Dubai: Al Fajer Properties and Kulczyk Investment House (KIH) of Poland have agreed to invest Dh225 million in the region through a Real Estate Investment Partnership (REIP).
Shaikh Maktoum bin Hasher Al Maktoum, CEO of Al Fajer Group and chairman of Dubai International Holding has been appointed president of Al Fajer Properties (AFP).
The partnership provides KIH the opportunity to invest in the Jumeirah Business Centre Towers.
Shaikh Hasher, chairman of Al Fajer Group, said, "AFP has posted significant growth in Dubai's real estate market and I am confident that with the expertise of my son, Shaikh Maktoum, the company is poised to be a global entity."
Shaikh Maktoum emphasised that yields and returns in the real estate market within the region will continue to grow.
He said that as foreign investor confidence in the region continues to grow, more new partnership opportunities will emerge in the real estate market.
