Dubai: Own a piece of the Trump name for Dh2.96 million and over.
Damac is opening sales of villas bearing the US President’s name on August 5, and, fittingly enough, at the Trump International Golf Club Dubai among its many sales office locations in the city. The Trump Estates Park Residences feature four-bedroom, two-floor villas, and each fitted out with a “unique” lower ground floor for additional recreational or utility spaces.
The units, starting from Dh2.96 billion, overlook the parks within the Damac Hills master-development in Dubailand. “Each villa comes with a three-year membership at the Trump International Golf Club and offers the discerning home owner the best of tranquil, park-side living,” Niall McLoughlin, Senior Vice-President at Damac Properties, said in a statement.
The first Trump branded property in Dubai, the golf course, opened earlier this year. A second one will tee off in the near term.
Luxury property sales in Dubai have been on an upturn in recent weeks, much of it has been led by investor demand. Damac itself has been leveraging these possibilities at both its Dubailand ventures and along the Water Canal through its Aykon City towers.
