Abu Dhabi : President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan issued in his capacity as Ruler of Abu Dhabi a decree restructuring the board of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX).
Under decree No. 7 of 2010 the board will be chaired by Nasser Ahmad Al Suwaidi, while Mubarak Rashid Al Mansouri, Khalifa Sultan Al Suwaidi, Hamad Abdullah Al Shamsi, Abdul Hamid Mohammad Saeed, Abu Bakr Siddique Khouri and Suhail Bin Fares Al Mazroui will be members. The board will serve for a renewable term of three years.
