Dubai: Dubai Airports has completed the first phase of a restructuring initiative to support its expansion of facilities aimed at helping transform Dubai into the world's top aviation hub.
The initiative has been in support of Dubai's Strategic Plan, which depends on the creation of a world-class infrastructure to enable Dubai's future success in terms of commerce, tourism and industry.
Dubai Airports is forging ahead with the multi-billion dollar expansion of Dubai International Airport and the construction of Dubai World Central, Al Maktoum International, the world's largest airport.
The restructuring initiative was hatched in 2007 to meet the challenge of successfully growing and managing the world-beating aviation enterprise.
