Istanbul: Al Mazaya Holding said on Sunday that it has signed a joint venture with Dumankaya Construction to form Mazaya Turkey Real Estate Investment.
Dumankaya Construction is hoping the agreement can inspire cooperation on new projects with the potential to take the construction industry around Istanbul to the next level and to bring maximum benefit into Turkish economy.
The details of the agreement made between Dumankaya Construction and Al Mazaya Holding were shared at a press conference held at the Ciragan Palace hotel on May 29. The agreement aims to open new doors for the Turkish construction sector and place Istanbul among the capitals of culture and finance like London, Paris and New York, the companies jointly stated.
