Abu Dhabi: The 2013 Global Financial Markets Forum (GFMF) will begin with a keynote speech by David Miliband, British Shadow Foreign Secretary and former Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs.

It will continue with the special appearance of a former head of state who will speak on “Eurozone: Challenges, Opportunities and Outlook.” The two-day conference, which kick starts on February 27 and concludes on February 28, will also feature a special speech by James Baker III, Former US Secretary of State and Secretary of the Treasury, and several discussion panels including one composed of bankers from across Mena [Middle East and North Africa] nations, which would discuss “Emerging Opportunities and Challenges in Mena.”
