Record year likely on orders front
Boeing is expected to end the current year breaking its previous annual orders of 808, with more than 833 orders this year, said James McNerney, Boeing's chairman, president and chief executive.
Boeing is expected to end the current year breaking its previous annual orders of 808, with more than 833 orders this year, said James McNerney, Boeing's chairman, president and chief executive.
"We currently have about 60 to 65 per cent of the market share in orders and yes, we will break the previous record of 808 orders this time."
Airbus is trailing this year's orderbook with 547 firm orders to date.
