Oman Air unveils new Airbus aircraft

With luxurious business-class facilities, airline aims to bolster daily operations between Al Ain and Muscat

Al Ain: Oman Air recently unveiled its new Airbus A330-200 aircraft to offer an attractive flying experience to people travelling between Al Ain and Muscat.

The introduction of the aircraft, with luxurious business class facilities, is believed to bolster the airlines' daily operation between Al Ain and Muscat which was launched in May this year.

The aircraft offers economy and business-class cabins. "We welcome Oman Air's new daily service between Al-Ain and Muscat, which already has proven to be popular and beneficial to our local community," said Fares Al Mazroui, General Manager, Al Ain International Airport at a ceremony.

Valuable investment

The event was attended by senior airline officials, government functionaries, and officials of Abu Dhabi Airports Company (Adac).

He said the airport values Oman Air's initiative to invest into this dynamic market and looks forward to an even closer cooperation towards expanding services.

Barry Brown, Chief Commercial Officer of Oman Air, said his airline is glad to see that the partnership with Adac is already translating into results.

"We are today here to showcase our product and provide the opportunity to our customers to experience Oman Air's services from Al Ain to Muscat and beyond," he said.
