Dubai: The General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) says it has launched an internal tool to manage organisational performance, deliver best services to customer, and provide all data through the smart devices at any time.

The technology includes a new system for providing instant information about all the applications submitted by customers — companies or individuals — to officials and taff, as a way to process the submitted applications in a short time.

The new system provides analytical data to officials about the status of applications submitted to the authority, which in turn supports decision-making and delivers the best services for customers.
