Dubai: Europe’s Etihad Regional launched on Tuesday direct, three times weekly, services from Zurich, Switzerland, to Turin in Italy.
The flight is operated by an Etihad Regional branded 50-seat Saab 2000 aircraft.
Etihad Airways is seeking regulatory approval for its 33.3 per cent equity stake in Etihad Regional, which is operated by Darwin Airline.
From June 1, Etihad Airways will operate direct flights from Abu Dhabi to Zurich.
