Dubai: Etihad Airways said on Thursday it has issued a contract to Lowe Open to further develop the carrier’s creative profile. Lowe Open is the first global direct marketing firm that the airline has hired on a three-year contract. The push comes after the decision to make Etihad rise in competition and strengthen the airline’s profile worldwide, the airline stated. It added that the UK-based creative firm will be overlooking direct marketing activities, which includes the carrier’s frequent flyer programme. Lowe Open will be operating from their Abu Dhabi offices with the support from UK and USA branches.
