Dubai: Emirates is adding 1,155 seats a week on its Dubai-Frankfurt route from January 1, 2016 when it will start flying its second daily service with an Airbus A380.
The increase in capacity from the existing Boeing 777-300ER (extended range) will include adding 280 First and Business class seats, according to an emailed statement from Emirates on Tuesday.
Emirates’ first scheduled A380 service between Frankfurt and Dubai was in September last year. The airline said it has flow over 280,000 passengers since then.
