Dubai: As part of its strategy to develop leadership among UAE national employees in the organisation, Dubai Airports has announced the appointment of two Emiratis to executive positions within Human Resources & Development department.

Meshari Al Bannai, who joined the company as Head of Organisational Design in 2010, has been appointed as the Vice President of Human Resources, while Samya Ketait, who has worked through the ranks since joining Dubai Airports in 2000 as an IT Trainer, is now the Vice President of Learning and Development.

Al Bannai brings with him valuable experience from his successful stints with Emirates Airline, Du, and the Dubai Executive Council. At Dubai Airports he has been instrumental in implementing organisational design project which have enhanced Dubai Airports' overall efficiency and will build on that success in his new position.

Ketait brings 19 years of experience in training, human resources and national development. She has been a valuable asset as the Head of Talent Management at Dubai Airports introducing two key leadership development programmes - Taly and Qaa'ed. In her new role, Samya will take on the responsibility of delivering the Learning and Development strategy to the organisation.
