Dubai: The Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) said on Monday it is eyeing merging some of its businesses with BBA Aviation. “DAE in preliminary discussions with BBA Aviation regarding a potential combination of certain parts of its business,” the aerospace company said in a statement, adding no further details were available on the this matter at this time.

The $15 billion company, specialising in maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services, aircraft completions and aircraft leasing, was founded by the Dubai government in 2006.
