Cathay Pacific will move its freight services to Dubai World Central from February next year, according to Dubai Airports
Dubai: Cathay Pacific is moving its freight operations from Dubai International to Al Maktoum International, Dubai Airports announced on Tuesday.
The Hong Kong-based airline will move the freight operations to Dubai’s newest airport at Dubai World Central (DWC) from February 1 2014.
The airline uses Dubai as a transit hub for its European destinations including Amsterdam, London, Paris, and Milan. While the seven weekly freight services will switch to DWC, the 14 weekly passengers services will continue to fly through Dubai International.
