Sharjah: Budget carrier Air Arabia on Wednesday announced the launch of services to Rostov, its fifth destination in Russia, starting Friday. The launch marks Air Arabia’s 81st destination worldwide, the carrier said in a statement, adding it would offer two weekly services between Sharjah and Rostov.

The airline’s CEO, Adel Ali, said in a statement that the carrier would continue to focus on its route expansion strategy in the Russian Federation and Eastern European sectors.
