Abu Dhabi international airport named best airport in the middle east

Selection by world awards based on annual SKYTRAX passenger satisfaction survey

Abu Dhabi: Abu Dhabi Airports Company (Adac) celebrated today the winning of the “Best Airport in the Middle East” award, for Abu Dhabi International Airport, for the second year running, at the 2013 World Airport Awards.

Ali Majid Al Mansouri, Chairman of Adac, commented: “Adac is proud of Abu Dhabi International Airport claiming the title of “Best Airport in the Middle East” for the second year, as it is motivating to know that our efforts and hard work are being appreciated and acknowledged.”

Al Mansouri continued: “Adac would like to thank all of our partners and stakeholders, particularly Abu Dhabi Police and Customs, for their continued support of all Adac initiatives. Adac would also like to extend a thank you to all passengers who took part in the survey for their positive feedback and trust in Abu Dhabi International Airport and its services.”

The World Airport Awards is based on the annual SKYTRAX independent airport passenger satisfaction survey.
