Cargo volumes in the fourth quarter were 238,520 tonnes compared to 63,028 tonnes in the same period in 2013, Dubai Airports said.

The number of aircraft landing and taking off at Al Maktoum International in 2014 were 47,655, up 91.6 per cent compared to 24,871 in 2013. There were 11,687 aircraft landings and take-offs during the fourth quarter, 47 per cent more than the 7,948 in the same period in 2013.
