Bloom Properties to deliver Abu Dhabi project in December

Abu Dhabi: Bloom Properties is set to deliver Phase 3 of its Bloom Gardens master development in Abu Dhabi prior to the scheduled handover in the first quarter of 2017.

Homeowners and investors will be able to move into the 147-housing unit project as early as December this year, the Abu Dhabi-based company said.

Bloom Gardens Phase 3 comprises three-bedroom town houses, semi-detached three-bedroom villas, as well as four- and five-bedroom-detached villas.

According to Sameh Muhtadi, CEO of Bloom Holding, all structural works for the Bloom Gardens Phase 3 villas had been completed.
