Al Maktoum Foundation opens development projects in Egypt
Al Maktoum Foundation donates 40 sewing machines to Egyptian associations
Cairo: Al Maktoum Foundation has inaugurated a number of development projects in Egypt, as part of the Productive Families Project .
The projects included constructing sewing classrooms equipped with 30 sewing machines.
The foundation donated 10,000 Egyptian pounds (Dh2,363) to support the sewing project and 15,000 Egyptian pounds for Aqdar Foundation for the care of orphans and people with special needs.
The foundation also donated ten sewing machines to support the community in Ain Shams.
Earlier in 2015, the Egyptian Ministry of State for Administrative Development signed an agreement with Al Maktoum Foundation to implement a development project for poor families in Upper Egypt.
