AC technician accused of molesting two girls in nursery

Dubai: An AC technician has been accused of molesting two sisters at a nursery by hugging and kissing them against their will.

The Saudi sisters’ father was said to have spotted the 34-year-old Pakistani technician, S.F., molesting his daughters on the nursery’s surveillance cameras shortly after they came to him crying in July.

Prosecutors accused S.F. of molesting the minor girls [both under the age of 10] inside the nursery school in Al Rashidiya.

The defendant entered a guilty plea and admitted that he molested the sisters when he showed up before the Dubai Court of First Instance on Tuesday.

According to the charge sheet, prosecutors said the defendant abused the fact that the sisters were alone in one of the rooms of the nursery when he molested them. He was said to have hugged and kissed them despite the fact that the sisters tried to run away from him.

The father claimed to prosecutors that his wife informed him that his daughters were crying when they returned home.

“My wife told me that the defendant groped them at the nursery. I went to check what had happened, but I did not find the suspect. When I checked the surveillance cameras, the defendant was shown molesting my daughters. He hugged and kissed them and acted indecently. My girls were shown trying to avoid the suspect, who persistently walked behind them and molested them. Upon confronting the suspect, he admitted that he molested my girls,” said the father.

A ruling will be heard on November 17.
