Dubai: His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, yesterday (Wednesday) visited the Global Education Forum and Exhibition.
Shaikh Mohammad visited a number of pavilions in the exhibition in which more than 40 local and international educational institutions are taking part.
Shaikh Mohammad acquainted himself with projects created by students from Emirati schools.
Shaikh Mohammad expressed his happiness with Emirati students participating in this global event with their projects and innovations, which reflect their intelligence, talents and capabilities that can be utilised for educational programmes and projects that benefit relevant bodies in the UAE.
He said that this will help students become experts and scientists in their respective fields in the future. Shaikh Mohammad wished the students success in achieving more scientific and technological accomplishments that will serve the education sector as well as mankind.
Mohammad Abdullah Al Gergawi, Minister of Cabinet Affairs, and other officials were present.
