Dubai: Pakisan’s provincial education minister Saeed Ghani has been tested positive for coronavirus as the COVID-19 cases jumped to 873 on Monday.
The Sindh Education Minister Ghani confirmed the news in a video message on his twitter account and said that he had gone in to self-isolation.
“I underwent test for the novel coronavirus yesterday [Sunday] and surprisingly I tested positive for it [COVID-19],” he said, adding that he did not have any symptoms of coronavirus.
Sindh Governor Imran Ismail has also put himself in isolation after he held meeting with the infected minister Ghani. After Saeed Ghani was tested positive for corona, I have decided to isolate myself for 24 hrs pending results of my test, as I was in a meeting on corona with him in close proximity. Stay safe.
