Jamnagar, Gujarat: PM Narendra Modi visited Vantara, a wildlife rescue, rehabilitation, and conservation centre in Gujarat, home to over 2,000 species and 1.5 lakh rescued animals. He explored various facilities, interacted with rehabilitated animals, and visited the wildlife hospital with advanced veterinary facilities. PM Modi played with and fed Asiatic Lion cubs, White Lion cubs, and Caracal cubs, among others. He witnessed medical procedures, saw various animals, and released rescued parrots. The centre undertakes key conservation initiatives, including breeding programs for endangered species.
