Corporate travellers get custom rates, tracking tools, flexibility via new Etihad platform

Dubai: From fast bookings to custom perks, Etihad Airways has launched a digital-first corporate travel portal offering real-time booking tools, performance tracking, and tiered perks—aimed at streamlining business travel across industries.
The initiative was unveiled at the Arabian Travel Market 2025 in Abu Dhabi and is part of the airline’s wider efforts to expand its services for corporate customers.
The new platform, named Etihad for Business, provides companies with tools to manage travel bookings, track performance, and access reporting and expense management features. Organisations enrolled in the programme can receive benefits based on their travel volume, such as corporate fares, booking flexibility, and access to priority services.
Etihad said the platform also offers a dedicated portal for businesses to manage their travel plans and access customised benefits. Larger companies may receive additional support, including dedicated account management and bespoke travel options.
Javier Alija, Vice President of Global Sales & Distribution at Etihad Airways, said the programme aims to provide adaptable solutions for businesses navigating changing travel needs.
Etihad joins other carriers in the region in offering digitally integrated corporate travel services, as airlines continue to compete for business travel demand amid ongoing recovery in international travel markets.
