Though the red carpet of the Met Gala is what all fashion enthusiasts anticipate every year as May comes around the corner, the after-party is also an event we can't help but get excited for.

This year we saw some of the best-dressed stars heading to the many glamorous after-parties.

Kylie Jenner

Kylie Jenner stole the show adding a touch of sleek sophistication to her post-met look. Jenner opted for a black Jean Paul Gaultier corset dress hugging her hourglass silhouette perfectly. With her put down in a side part her striking jewelled dangling earrings were visibly glistening.

Simu Liu

Simu Liu donned velvet navy-blue trousers paired with a shiny low-neckline top looking for an edgy and glamorous feel.

Priyanka Chopra

Priyanka Chopra dazzled at Janelle Monae’s after-party, wearing a sharp and bold red shirt with a black tie. Chopra paired this with a red skirt designed with one slit to showcase her black platform heels.

Jared Leto

Jared Leto continued to honour the late Karl Lagerfeld as the Met Gala's theme during the after party with a three-piece set, the satin suit jacket and matching trousers looked suave with the tan and polka-dot undershirt with lace-lined sleeves. Like Lagerfeld's much-known signature accessory, Leto accompanied his suit with black leather gloves.

Dua Lipa and Rihanna

Dua Lipa did Lagerfeld justice wearing top-to-toe Chanel and looking chic with her choice of accessories and colour pallet. Rhianna has shown the world again how to make a baby bump stylish with her all-white two-piece and lengthy pearl necklace -layered to perfection.
