Ramadan in Dubai is always a moment - majestic tents, lavish spreads, and a golden-hour glow that bathes the city in something almost otherworldly. But this year, there’s a new pinnacle of luxury: the Montblanc Majlis by Ninive at Park Hyatt Dubai. It’s a fusion of time-honored tradition, contemporary craftsmanship, and Middle Eastern elegance, designed to make you pause, reflect, and indulge in one of the most exquisite dining experiences of the season.

A majlis like no other

Step into the Palm & Fountain Gardens at sunset, and you’ll be transported. The space has been reimagined as an elevated Montblanc majlis, where old-world charm meets modern sophistication. It’s intimate, atmospheric, and undeniably chic - think soft lantern lighting, opulent textures, and the scent of oud weaving through the air.

Franck Juhel, President of Montblanc Middle East, India, and Africa, puts it simply: “We hope to offer an intimate space to create meaningful connections and cherished memories.” And trust us, you will.

The menu: a masterpiece in three acts

Designed by the award-winning team at Ninive, the Iftar experience unfolds with three rotating menus, a sensory deep-dive into the region’s most beloved dishes. Start with classics like Red Mullet Shorba, Fattoush, Kibbeh, Baba Ganoush, and Sweet Pepper Muhammara, before moving into showstopping mains. Seabream Tagine, Braised Lamb Shoulder Tashreeb, and Shish Burak make an entrance, alongside live cooking stations serving Grilled Lamb Chops, Tiger Prawns, and the ever-iconic Lamb Ouzi.

And for dessert? A decadent spread of Umm Ali, Sticky Date Pudding, Cheese Kunafa, and artisanal ice creams - the kind of indulgence that makes Ramadan nights even sweeter.

Then, as the city winds down and the stars take center stage, the Fountain Garden transforms for Suhour. Guests settle into the majlis, enveloped in the sound of a live Oud performance, as sharing-style plates of Mast-O-Khiar, Wagyu Beef Skewers, Manti, and Couscous Royal make their way across the tables.

It’s opulence without pretension, authenticity without compromise - a Ramadan experience that’s as much about storytelling as it is about savoring every bite.

The spirit of Ramadan, reimagined

This isn’t just another luxury Iftar. It’s a meeting of minds, a space where culture, design, and gastronomy collide in the most poetic way possible. With Montblanc’s timeless artistry, Ninive’s culinary brilliance, and Park Hyatt’s unparalleled hospitality, the Montblanc Majlis is more than just a meal - it’s a moment you won’t forget.
