Terans agrees to Al Dhafra move

Uruguayan would be third summer signing for club after Guedes and Milesi

Abu Dhabi: Uruguayan attacking-midfielder David Terans has reportedly agreed to join Al Dhafra from Uruguay’s Danubio.

If confirmed, the 23-year-old would be the Western Knights’ third summer signing after Portuguese striker Helder Guedes from Portugal’s Rio Ave and Uruguayan midfielder Nicolas Milesi from Saudi Arabia’s Al Hilal.

Terans, formerly of Uruguay’s Rentistas and Chile’s Santiago Wanderers, scored 11 in 15 appearances for Danubio last season.

Al Dhafra recently replaced Macedonian coach Gjoko Hadzievski with Serbian coach Vuk Rasovic after escaping relegation by just one point last season.
