Fifth Ring steps into Singapore as part of Asia-Pacific expansion

The PR agency with a focus on the energy industry, Fifth Ring, has set up an office in Singapore as part of an expansion in the Asia-Pacific region. It already has a base in Kuala Lampur as well as offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, Houston and Aberdeen. The move into Singapore was done through the acquisition of Like Minds Consulting.
