Huawei to open first experience store in the region in Dubai

Huawei will be opening its first experience store in the region in Dubai at the Dubai Mall in September this year.

“We are not opening the shop to boost the sales but for users to get a first-hand experience of our devices and to communicate with the consumers,” said Gene Jiao, president of Huawei Consumer Business Group, Middle East and Africa.

He said that the business environment in the UAE is more dynamic than in Saudi Arabia. It will open more shops in the Gulf, especially the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

“We see Dubai as a city that is strategically located to reach consumers in and around the region,” he said.
