It’s summertime, and living is easy. And thanks to Dubai Opera, it’s getting more fun. The performing arts theatre is bringing family choral concert Xavier and Aisha’s Amazing Choral Adventure to the city on July 6 and 7.
Follow the story of Aladdin’s little brother, Xavier, as he seeks to win over his true love, Aisha, and end the villainy of an evil conductor.
The show, the brainchild of Sidney Sussex College Cambridge, has been coordinated by Dubai-based British composer Joanna Marsh. (Marsh is the current composer in residence at the college and the co-founder and artistic director of ChoirFest Middle East in Dubai.)
Tickets for the two-hour show, which runs every day at 11am and 2pm, are Dh50.
