Dubai: There will be double cause for celebration on December 2. Not only will the UAE celebrate National Day, but the date will also mark the kick-off of one of the city's favourite sporting and social events of the year — the Emirates Airline Dubai Rugby Sevens.
Even more good news is that fans can make the most of the public holiday with free entry to Thursday's matches at the Sevens.
Tickets for Friday, December 3, and Saturday, December 4, go on sale tomorrow and are great value, as they prices have not been increased since 2008.
Season tickets, which include admission on both Friday and Saturday, cost just Dh300, while Friday tickets are Dh170 and Saturday tickets Dh230.
"We felt it important to keep the ticket prices as reasonable as possible to make this great event accessible to everyone, while children under 12 can once again enjoy free general admission," said Gary Chapman, President, Group Services and Dnata, Emirates Group.
