Stoke sign Edu from Rangers

London: Stoke confirmed on Saturday they are signing Rangers midfielder Maurice Edu after agreeing terms.

Edu, a 26-year-old United States international, will undergo a medical before completing the transfer for an undisclosed fee, subject to international clearance.

At Stoke, he will link up with compatriot Geoff Cameron, just arrived from Houston Dynamo.

He would join also former Rangers teammate Jamie Ness at the Britannia Stadium after the midfielder moved earlier this summer.
